Here is the gist:
● Expiry: Keep the momentum going! Credit stays active as long as you make one purchase every 36 months.
● Eligibility: Q+ is open to all individual customers aged 18+.
● Returns: If you return an item, the credit earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
● Non-Transferable: Your Q+ credit is yours and yours alone, it can't be traded for cash or moved to another account.
● Transferable to cash: Store credit cannot be transferred to cash to refunded to debit/credit cards.
For your account to stay active, purchases need to be made every 3 years. If the account has been inactive for 3 years (36 Months) it will be deactivated. Inactive is defined as no Store Credit earned (No Purchases made) within 3 years.
